Is the demo really free?
Yes. The till on the home page runs entirely in your browser with sample data. Nothing is saved until you create an account.
How do I save my own menu?
Sign up or log on, then open the Menu editor. A sample restaurant menu is created for you, and you can rename categories, add dishes and set prices.
Where are my past orders?
The Orders page lists every completed order with its items, extras and payment method. You can filter completed and voided orders.
Can I undo a wrong order?
Yes. Open the order in Orders and choose Void. Voided orders are excluded from your revenue and can be restored if you change your mind.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign in page. We will email you a link to set a new one.
What does the dashboard show?
Daily revenue, order counts, average order value, popular products and the split between new and returning customers.
